Member Institutions
The Palo Verde River Consortium is a regional partnership committed to expanding access to adult education, workforce preparation, and lifelong learning opportunities across our service area. Through collaboration among K–12 districts and the community college, the Consortium ensures that adults have multiple entry points to education and training that support personal growth, career advancement, and community well-being.
Our Consortium is made up of three member programs, each offering distinct pathways designed to meet the diverse needs of adult learners.

Palo Verde Community College District Noncredit Programs provide tuition-free, open-access courses designed to support academic achievement, workforce readiness, and career advancement. These programs remove traditional barriers to enrollment and offer clear pathways to employment or further education.

The Palo Verde Unified School District Adult Education Center focuses on accessible, community-centered programs that support educational completion and essential life skills for adult learners in the Blythe community.
The Adult Education Center operates at the Twin Palms School site. Once Twin Palms High School students are dismissed for the day, the campus transitions into the adult education center, with instruction held in Room 3.

The Needles Unified School District Adult Education Center provides flexible, workforce-aligned education options that combine academic completion with hands-on, in-person skill development.
The Adult Education Center operates on the Needles High School campus. After the high school day concludes, the campus transitions into the adult education center, allowing adult learners to access specialized facilities for in-person instruction.
